How will I find you at the festival?

We are generally situated in the main shopping area of the camping area; our gazebo is colour coded black and white so we should be very recognizable! If there is a change to our normal site we would let you know by email and social media.

 

What time can I collect my purchases?

We are usually open from 9 till late during festival open days. If the weather is bad we will stay open longer in case you need to make a distressed purchase.

 

You are not at the festival we want to buy a camping package for?

You can still purchase a camping package but you will need to have this delivered to your home or workplace.

 

Can I take my tent home?

Yes all your purchases belong to you and are yours to take home. However if you decide to donate your tent or sleeping bag to charity you can return the items to our onsite shop after you have finished with it. We work alongside the good people at The Jacket off your Back to ensure your donation goes to those who desperately need it.

 

Will I need proof of purchase to collect items?

Yes you will need a copy of your invoice and proof of identity.

 

How long for deliveries?

All items in stock are delivered within 3-5 working days and are required to be signed for.

 

Can someone else collect my goods?

Yes you can nominate anyone to collect your goods, please remember they will need a copy of the invoice and proof of identity and you will need to have informed Pamper the Camper who will be collecting your goods.

Can I have my goods delivered to an alternative address?

Yes you can have your items delivered to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland. Please remember that goods need to be signed for.
