If you wish to return or exchange a product for any reason you may do so within 28 days of the date of dispatch. We will refund the price of the product, providing it is in a saleable condition and is in its original, unused and undamaged packaging. The delivery charge is non-refundable. Please note that due to Health & Safety at work regulations we require any used faulty goods to be in a clean condition before accepting them for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights
You can return products purchased through our website to us by emailing us at email@example.com. The value of the returned product(s) at the time of purchase will be refunded in full to the same credit/debit card that you used to purchase the goods. If you wish to receive replacement goods, please order them in the normal way via our website.
Exchange is possible but you would need to contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org requesting alternative items. Our normal delivery charge applies to exchange items.
If you would like us to arrange collection of the unwanted goods from you the following charges apply:
Up to 2 Kilogram
Between 2 and 5 Kilograms
Between 5 and 15 Kilograms
Over 15 Kg
Priced on Weight
The collection charge will be deducted from your refund when we process your return.
